A Private Ranch In Paso Robles Wine Country
Rover Hill Ranch is a private 10-acre ranch located in the unincorporated area of Paso Robles near the charming cowboy town of Creston, CA. The ranch is owned by Thomas and Susan Edel {see Our Story} who manage and care for the one-acre Petite Sirah vineyard and the fifty Mission olive trees located on the property. Rover Hill Ranch sells the Petite Sirah grapes to local winemakers and bottles extra virgin olive oil processed from the olives grown on the property.
